              Our Requirements

 

- Valid photo ID


- Criminal background check: No sex offences. No past criminal history or current criminal activity that may impact the safety of the residents, management, or the property.  


- Credit check: No evictions or unpaid judgments. Minimum credit score of 620.


- No pets


- No smoking or vaping within the building


- Application fee of $30 per applicant must be paid before an application will be processed, and before a unit will be shown.  All occupants over 18 years of age must complete an application.

- First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit are due at lease signing​
